Erica is wildly talented! She's on a Maude team at UCB, has made several appearances including on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she writes comedy, and so much more! Jason and Erica talk about her start in entertainment, working with her sketch team at UCB, introverts who perform, dealing with different levels of success, developing characters for sketches, and what it was like being on the Late Show!
