Hi. I really appreciate these listings. Quick question, though: If a listing shows a submissions deadline of April 1, does that mean April 1 is the last day to submit? Or does it mean submissions close on April 1? I ask because the Boulder festival listing here shows submissions deadline is April 1, but the festival site says submissions are closed. So I may have misinterpreted the listing.
